Frihamnstorget is looking for innovative artist to create location specific art in our container park. We also have Gallery containers for installations and exhibitions, available to selected artists for a month at a time. Exhibiting at Gallery Frihamnstorget offers a recidency at House of Blivande with access to our maker space with tools, machines and workspaces during the exhibiting period. Artists are selected based on their proposed installations/ sculptures/ sound/ architecture/ exhibitions submitted on our platform as well as through direct invitation. We currently do not take any provisions from art sold at the gallery. Frihamnstorget is an exploration ground for co-creation, sustainability, architecture, art and participatory based culture. We’d be happy to see applications aligned with these ideals, where your art could make a permanent imprint in our container park.
