What are the signals indicating it is time to change?
What is our signal for starting to move together?
What are the signs to follow?
Where do we go?
“We bring the flags, you bring the motion and we together generate a wave of hope for the future!”
A workshop on Making and Moving with Flags, where Marie-Andrée Robitalle and Irene Gregoriou will introduce the participants to Hope in Motion: a study on civic engagement and collective action through mass choreography and semaphore flags
The workshop is part of the residency "Semaphore Dialogues: Signals of Change" supported by Intercult, where we draw parallels between the semaphore system in the Baltic Sea and our collective ability to communicate and move together. The semaphore serves as a metaphorical entry point for reflecting on signs, signals, and our capacity to engage in climatic transitions.
